Granita 302 - Granita Sky

Great property and location! Very quiet unit - well constructed. Master bed mattress was very comfortable. Master shower head had perfect water pressure. Loved everything! Management of the unit was very thoughtful, professional and friendly.

This was a great stay in Mountain Village. The location was perfect (within a couple minutes’ walk to the gondola) and the views of the mountains from the balcony were stunning. The space was thoughtfully decorated and spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again soon!

Our stay was absolutely magical at Granita 302 - Granita Sky. We have been counting down the days until returning to these gorgeous digs. We have stayed in almost every granita rental throughout the years, and this one is by far the best! It has THE BEST floor plan. It's a spacious layout with two large bedrooms, a comfortable living area, and kitchen. The dining area is ample, and this unit has a very long hallway/entryway which is great for stowing jackets, boots, snow or mountain biking accessories. The Primary Bedroom has the most beautiful views of the mountains and vaulted ceilings. The second bedroom has bunk beds, a queen size bed and still room for a pack and play! Two bathrooms come equipped with Jacuzzi tub and a steam shower! What a beautiful place. The views are absolutely stunning. The fixtures feel very high end. The balcony is spacious with expansive views of the mountain village and mountains galore. We actually got a rare glimpse of the Northern Lights!!! Check in was a breeze. Curate Telluride had us prepped for arrival - friendly communication made it easy to locate, and they were very responsive for even the tiniest request. My husband was very concerned about his GMC Denali Ultimate fitting in the parking garage, and Curate Telluride looked up the dimensions of the car and assured us that it would fit. ...and it did! The large vehicle fit with room to spare, and was parked there for our entire vacation. Anything that you want to access in Telluride is walkable from this location! The location was perfect and just the right size for our family of 4. The owners/management was super accomodating, as we arrive a couple of hours before standard check in and left a couple of hours after standard check-out. I had a couple of minor questions on day 1 or 2 and they were quick to respond. Great experience. If we go back to Telluride, I will likely book the same unit! Thank you!

Curate did a great job

I recently returned from a wonderful week long trip to Telluride. I booked my trip through Curate Telluride. Curate Telluride was attentive to every detail, from making check-in easy to quickly fixing a front door battery issue. They checked in with us during the stay, making sure that all concerns were managed. The property was spotless, convenient and well equipped/stocked. The lobby ski locker was a great feature. Granita is located at the top of chair #1 so it's a great location and since it's in Mountain Village, restaurants/bars/shops are just steps away. The garage kept my Ford F-250 warm and cozy during the snowy week (Yes, my Ford F-250 Tremor fit in the garage). I will use Curate Telluride to book Granita 302 again.

We had the most AMAZING visit and ski trip!!!!! Exceptional service, management checked in with a text message each day, location is beyond expectational (in front of all lifts), Blacktie Ski Rental located on 1st floor next to ski valet lockers etc. Kirsten was awesome and sent us everything we needed prior to our visit which included grocery shopping, blacktie discounts, private car service etc. We look forward to our 2025 Christmas and 2026 President's day visit!!!!

We had such an amazing stay at Granita 302. The location can't be beat! Ski in/ski out, steps away from restaurants and to the gondola for the scenic 12 minute journey to Telluride village. No need for a car! The condo is spacious, comfortable and welcoming. Stocked with essentials and even some extras (board games, puzzles). Highly recommend! We wouldn't hesitate to book again on our next visit to Telluride!

Very easy to access the ski hill. In addition you could walk quickly to many of the restaurants.

We really enjoyed our stay at Granita 302 in Mountain Village. It is a fantastic condo with plenty of space and beautiful views. The location is prime with easy access to the mountain core area. We have been going to Telluride for 10 years and this is one of, if not the best units we've utilized. It is very clean and has all the amenities you will need including a ski locker conveniently located downstairs for ski in/ski out.

Granita 302 was exactly as described. Well appointed, clean, conveniently located in Mountain Village and Ski-in-Ski-out. My Ford F-250 fit in the garage! We hope to stay there again.

There is nothing not to love about this place. The room, the view, the location. Having stayed here before, we knew what to expect...but then it was even better. Better because we definitely noticed the upgrades since the last time we were here. Staying, here again, was like returning home. Love these owners for sharing this beauty!

Balcony is very enjoyable in the morning and evening. The location is central to the gondolas and restaurants in Mountain Village. Everything we needed for our stay was available in the condo. Nice treat to find a steam shower in the bath. Parking in the garage underneath is limited to one space and is very tight fit depending on the size of the vehicle.

True ski in ski out. Easy access to entire mountain! 3 min walk to Mountain Village restaurants. Well equipped kitchen. Management was very quick to respond to all requests. Will definitely stay here again!!!

This place was exactly as pictured and described… no trick photography or exaggeration! In fact, there were many nice touches that we weren’t expecting. It is the very definition of ski-in/ski-out, about 10 steps from the lift. Comfortably sized for our family of 5 and very well appointed. It felt more like a friend’s guest house than a rental.

We’ve been to Telluride multiple times and can’t imagine a better 2BR unit on the mountain. You cannot beat the location. After grabbing your skis from your personal locker, you can easily ski to either Village Express or Sunshine Express. At lunch or at the end of day, the chondola drops you right below your balcony. The interior is spotless and furnished with nothing but quality appliances and furniture. It’s located in the heart of the village and a very short walk to the town gondola. There is a private parking spot in the garage if you have a car but you won’t need one. All the conveniences are steps away. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be back with my family.

We love this property. This is our second time renting it. We would have rented it more often but it wasn't available. Love Telluride!

Experience was great. Perfect for our needs--kitchen stocked with basics (s/p, EVOO, balsamic, etc) and exceptional natural light from large windows. Appreciated high quality of all furnishings. Disappointed with the smallness of parking space, as these days most people drive large SUVs

This was a beautiful place, probably the best we have rented in terms of location, furnishings, and adequate space. We did not care for the pots and pans, but that was a small thing.
