12 Trails Edge 10 - The Treehouse

Unfortunately the snow wasn’t the best but the location was great. There was a problem one day with the water but Curate was well prepared and communicative about the situation.

Wonderful property!

We loved this home. It felt like a real ski lodge, was spacious even for 2 families of 4 and we even had extra unused beds. Shuttle was super easy, pick up at bottom of driveway. Owners were on top of any requests we had and even helped with trash day prep and other minor things. Would def recommend or stay again!! The bedding was nice and luxurious too. 

I recently stayed at this gorgeous penthouse and had a wonderful experience. The updated furnishings were stylish and incredibly comfortable, and the large fireplace added a cozy, inviting touch. The beds were overall very comfortable and the chef’s kitchen was well-stocked with everything needed to prepare meals—ideal for anyone who enjoys cooking. After a day of adventures, the hot tub was the perfect place to relax and unwind. I also want to highlight the exceptional service we received from the local manager. Their dedication and outstanding customer service truly made our trip even more memorable. A huge thank you. We will definitely return!

The layout is perfect for families wanting to access the mountain. Proximity to the Market and gondola are so convenient. Furnishings and decor are top notch. Will stay here again.

We have stayed many times in Unit 10 of the Trail\'s Edge Condo building. We would return year after year as the unit was beautiful and had a great location to walk to the Double Cabins run.

Nice property, good location. Everything worked and was as expected. Minor issue with hot water that was an entire building issue - promptly fixed within 1-2 hours. Floor plan is great for families. Ski in/ski out is convenient.

Make sure you confirm access codes and elevator instructions prior to arrival. Elevator can be a bit tricky with the code to open into the unit but after a couple of trips up/down, it becomes easier to work.

Great condo in a great place There wasn't anything we didn't love!

We loved the location and accessibility! The unit was very spacious and fit our family of five very well!

The condo was beautiful, clean and very well located! The views were fabulous and we especially enjoyed the private hot tub. It was also very well equipped

Nice place, great location, very quiet. The designated garage parking spot for this unit is right next to the elevator which then provides direct access to the condo. The hot tub is a nice touch as well. The complex is very close to the gondola and grocery store and there is direct access from the parking lot to a ski run or hiking. No complaints, we highly recommend this unit.

We sought out properties in this location having had a great experience two years ago. Although expensive, the location, home and amenities were well worth the extra cost. any.

The whole experience was simple and wonderful. We truly love that the property is totally equipped, and high end, but still has the touches of home. For example, it\'s so nice to see a few personal photos of the family that actually rents the condo, and that they leave simple things like salt, pepper, olive oil etc for your use. This is not always the case in other units we\'ve rented, but makes it such a delight when you\'re there for a week. In this case they went a step further and put things in the fridge like ketchup, mustard etc and left a welcome package on the counter for us. All things we do not take for granted and were much appreciated.

Our stay at the Trails Edge was fantastic. Prior to arrival - the booking process was simple / great website with pictures and transparency relative to rates/available dates/etc. I was also happy with the level of communications / responsiveness from the team when I sent emails prior to our arrival.
