I stayed at the Fall Line 206 property in February of 2025 and it was absolutely perfect for what I needed. It was a short walk to the gondola and to W Colorado Ave for all of our evening activities. The space is really clean and well appointed with two bedrooms and separate living room. Chris at Curate was also really helpful to make sure I got into the space ok and was available to answer questions and sharing local info. I'll definitely stay here again during my next trip to Telluride!

We were in a situation in that we had to move out of our Airbnb called Casita Azul because the guests above us were very loud late partiers and the construction of the home was so that every step was a bang and we couldn't sleep. Luckily, I called Curate and they answered the call immediately. They happened to have guests that were vacating a unit. I received a quote, a contract, the unit was immediately cleaned and we were moved in within a few hours. The unit was quiet, comfortable, had a designated parking space and close to the festival park! Totally saved our vacation. Thanks!
