Ballard South 103 - Hunnypot

This space is thoughtfully and effectively laid out for a comfortable stay. We had everything we needed, and in a great location. The beds were comfortable and we especially appreciated pillows of different lofts. Impeccably clean. Kitchen well appointed for a vacation rental.

Great location in town (close to everything), spacious common area and comfortable bedrooms with en suite/adjacent bathrooms. We had everything we needed.

Perfect location to go skiing and do activities in town.This was a great condo. It\'s an older building, but everything in the unit was updated. Well stocked kitchen. Really enjoyed the fireplace and patio. It\'s centrally located in Telluride and is close to everything including the gondola. Property management was very responsive. Perfect for two people or a family of 4 with younger kids. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for easy, fast access to the mountain for skiing, to excellent places to eat, drink and having fun. The fireplace really makes the place cozy and warm. I had to work in the AM and the desk for working, fast internet and good lighting made working work. Parking can be a challenge and having the concierge register car for us was really helpful. You do have to pay attention to days the street is plowed but we were able to move car around and be close to place. I'd definitely stay here again. The place is clean and well laid out. I slept in the top bunk bed and relived my childhood. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and linens for 3 of us in our 5 day stay. Waking up in the morning and sitting at the table reading newspapers and looking out to the box canyon is the best way to start the day. We never got tired of the view- the alpenglow in the afternoon is beautiful.

Love the accommodations and the location, would absolutely stay again and Telluride is a favorite repeat destination for us. Completely enjoyed Ballard South 103 and all the amenities.

Nicely decorated and great location Beds, linens and showers are great. The unit is updated and modern and within walking distance to anywhere in town, including lifts. Nicely appointed with everything you need. No A/C so it could get quite warm once the summer is in full swing.

This is the perfect spot for two couples or a small family. LOVED the location to the gondola, shops, bars, restaurants and walking trail. Super clean, had board games, a yoga mat, with an amazing view! I want to keep this place a hidden gem, so we can come back and visit asap!!!

The location is absolutely perfect! Only a very short walk from the gondola and even shorter walk to Main Street!

The unit felt brand new, so it must have been recently remodeled. Exceptionally clean and modern. Nice bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms. Compact but not tiny. Great kitchen. Right down the street from the gondola. Nice bath soap and lotion amenities. We loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location. Never had to move our car. The unit has been completely remodeled with all highest quality finishes and smart additions. It was beautiful!

Everything was well maintained and appointed - the location was excellent as our daughter was at the American Academy of Bookbinding on N. Willow St. It was also easy for us to leave the car in the garage while we wandered Colorado St and get it when we went to Mesa Verde and Black Canyon.

We found the property to be top notch with everything we needed just like we were home, the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed and then some, Would recommend management to anyone and will use them for our future stays as well Property upgrades were a nice surprise. Well equipped with everything we needed.
