Lulu 3G - North Chute

What a wonderful place to stay. The location is top notch - being walking distance to all the restaurants and stores in town, but also the gondola. The home is clean and beautifully maintained - ready for anything you may need. A fully supplied kitchen and bathrooms with all the necessities and of course - the pool. We enjoyed the nearby hikes and that dogs were welcomed. Thank you Curate for a fabulous stay.

First - Really loved working with the team from Curate Telluride- super communicative and professional in every way. All details provided in advance and at time of departure, and responsive through the week on any questions and requests. Definitely will work with this team again! As for the place, very well equipped and modern interiors - comfortable beds, great kitchen and bathrooms, etc. About 100 yards from lift 7, a ticket office and rental shop - just couldn't be any easier. Oh, and a walk into the heart of town is a short 10 minutes for all kinds of places to eat , shops, etc. Clarks Market (biggest grocery in town - like a Whole Foods kind of place) is about a 2 minute walk. Will be back.

What a wonderful agency to work with to plan on vacation in Telluride! The property (Lulu 3G) was beautiful, and more than comfortably fit our family of six over the Christmas holiday. Views of the mountain were wonderful, and the home had everything we needed, and the beds were so comfortable after a long day of skiing! Short walk to the grocery store and steps to a stop on the shuttle route that goes around the town, so everyone was able to take off to mountain village when they were ready. Thank you, Kirsten, for the helpful tips for during our stay!

This unit was perfect for me! Close to town but quiet also. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and plans and even spices. Humidifiers for each room was a great addition. It made me think “I could live here!” I highly recommend this property.

The curate team was wonderful. They went above and beyond to accommodate our group. The team was so responsive and super awesome. The house could use a few things - like charging stations/alarm clocks next to the beds, instead of digging under the nightstand for extension cords. I would recommend putting up at least a curtain between the mater bath and bedroom, as the house is large and a lot of people were sharing the space, and to have a separation between the bedroom and bathroom for using the toilet or showering would have been nice. Thanks for everything. Would love to come back!

This was a great apartment for my family. Chair lift 7 was right out the front door which gave us easy access to the slopes. Not to mention the free town bus (the galloping goose) picks up near the house as well and zips you around downtown. Overall the location was great and the amenities such as the hot tub and pool as well as the condo in general were even better!

Great location and was super clean and comfortable. Fabulous kitchen and family area to eat, watch tv , and just hang out in after skiing. Bedrooms and baths all in top notch shape with TVs in 2 of them. I loved the easy ski storage and laundry room at the back entrance. Even a stand up work area in the master to catch up on emails or do zoom calls if you can’t escape work ! Great way to start the holidays! Thx

This house was a perfect size and location for our group of 7 adults. Can easily walk into town but quiet by the water. Clean as well!

The condo is exactly as on the pictures and it is very clean, well equipped, outstanding location near everything including Clark’s Market. Very comfortable and I would 100% stay again.

This house was fantastic. Spacious layout for everyone to spread out. Comfy beds and plenty of linens. Well equipped with everything you'd need (blender, crock pot, Keurig) if you want to stay in, but super close to all the restaurants and shops. Lift 7 is about a 100 yards away- you can see it spinning from the window. Our family of 5 had a great time! Thank you!

We had a great stay at Lulu City—the condo was a very short walk to Lift 7 and a short walk to many great restaurants, shops and bars in downtown Telluride. Only a couple things to note—there is no marking on the door to help you find the unit. Also, there are only 2 bathrooms for the 4 bedroom unit. Otherwise, the unit was great. The living room was larger than it appeared in the photos and afforded us a great ski trip!

We loved the location - right across from the creek path. Beautiful views of the mountain outside all of the windows! Very close to Clark's Market too. Comfortable & plenty of room for the 7 of us for our Mother/Daughter trip. We would definitely stay here again. Overall a great place to stay if you are visiting Telluride!

Everything was FABULOUS for our family of six! We absolutely would come and pick this condo again. This condo made our Telluride stay fantastic!

We loved staying at lulu city 3G! This is a roomy condo with an artsy open vibe that we loved! A cute photo op with all of the license plates on the wall! And the kitchen is very open and spacious which is great for big groups! Highly recommend!

Lulu 3G was in the perfect location, and had the perfect layout for our crowd. We have been checking out different mountains in CO for several years, and this unit by far was our favorite. Easy access to slopes, town, market, etc... Good stuff!

Every year I coordinate a ski trip for a group of 5-6 old high school friends. We are all nearly 50 years old, each with different expectations for where we stay. Some prefer `bigger`, some require `location, location`, others want `cheap`. Needless to say, planning can be a bit of a challenge. This year I picked Telluride and selected LuLu 3G as our `place`. Not only was the condo nice and represented accurately online, the location was by far better than we expected. This place is nearly ski-in, ski-out with only a short walk across the bridge! Having Clarks market so close was also a fantastic perk. Needless to say we were all very happy with our stay. Not only would we return, we would happy recommend the management company to any of our family and friends. Telluride is a beautiful place and you guys represent it very well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lulu City 3 G. Very well-equipped condo. Loved the one level floor plan. Excellent location. Great management company.

The home was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The space was perfect for 2 couples and 4 children.

My wife and two friends were so fortunate to be able to rent Lulu 3G in mid-March, 2018. The location is great: steps away from Lift 7, and 100 yards from the local grocery, as well as a number of wonderful restaurants (try `There`). There is also protected parking, an outdoor pool/hot tub. Inside, modern, well laid-out kitchen opening to a large, living room for TV, game playing. Two large, master bedrooms, and two smaller bed-rooms with two modern baths make a very comfortable place. Hope we are able to visit again!
