Pine Street C - Ballard Views

Great space. Extremely clean and comfortable. Perfect location to everything in Telluride and right around corner from Gondola to Mt. Village and elsewhere. Beautiful morning views of the mountain each morning with coffee on the patio and everything you could need is available.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was in a great location and provided everything we needed. We really appreciated the hospitality and communication by Curate. We would definitely use the company again.

Being located right next to the town library on Pacific and Pine, with the gondola a block away to the west and Town Park a five minute walk to the east, Pine Street C was an absolutely perfect location to stay for our group of volunteers at the Telluride Film Festival, The place can comfortably support 7-8 adults with comfortable sleeping accommodations, and amenities throughout the condo are ample. The upper level balcony has a terrific view towards the south end of town + the mountains. Kristen and the Curate Telluride team were very friendly, and responded quickly to any queries and concerns. Definitely recommend!

This unit was absolutely perfect for our group during Telluride Bluegrass Festival. The unit comfortably accommodates four adults and three children (ages 4-7). The unit is well appointed, extremely comfortable and the location is absolutely unbeatable for any of the various Telluride festivals or a fantastic ski vacation. The local grocery, bakery brew pubs galleries and shopping are fantastic and it\'s a short walk to the gondola. Kirsten and the team at Curate Telluride are absolutely exceptional! Communication was clear, prompt and thorough. They took such great care in helping us to feel comfortable and at home while in Telluride. They were proactive and supportive, anticipating questions and making the whole process absolutely seamless. Their dedication to service and attention to detail is so apparent! We highly endorse Curate Telluride and look forward to our next stay!!!

Loved the location so close to the river and the Gondola. There was plenty of room spread across the two floors. Master bathroom was roomy with a deep tub and steam shower. Very much enjoyed sitting on the balcony during the morning and evening with such amazing views!
