The house and furnishings were perfect, and the location was ideal. We walked to everything except the various hiking trails.

Overall the unit is as advertised and has plenty of space for 9-10 people. Great views of the mountain. Walking distance to the chair 7 lift. Also very close to a major grocery store. Bus stop is only a block away if you don't want to walk the half mile to town. Most appliances were good and in working order. The water was chlorinated enough to make coffee taste off, so wound up buying water from the grocery. Everything was clean.

The house was very clean, in a great location and the property management was very easy to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

1. Convenience-We parked our truck and never started it again until departure. Grocery store-1 minute walk. Down town 2 minute walk. Hiking trails are all right there. 2. Spacious-plenty of room for 8. 3. Views - giant windows, unobstructed beautiful views. 3. House itself has everything you need. The tub on the top floor is amazing-great place to recline and soak after a long day of hiking. Very clean. We will be returning!

The location is very nice. It is next door to a grocery store and a short few blocks walk to downtown and the gondola. Four bathrooms were a luxury and the bedrooms were comfortable. Nelda E.Dec We had such a wonderful week staying here. The house was just as pictured and in great condition; very cozy and perfectly comfortable for our two families of five. The location is perfect, right next to the full grocery which I stopped at every evening on my way home from the slopes (kids and the rest could easily continue on home by foot or by car which we chose to bring). Easy to get around on foot throughout Telluride town and I often shopped each evening on my way home from the slopes. Also easy to get up to Mountain Village either by car, short walk to gondola, shorter walk to lift 7, or shuttle bus to gondola. We love your home and this gem of a town! Thank you for a great place to spend our Christmas 2021. We hope to be back some day soon!

This big beautiful and clean home is perfectly situated on the quiet end of town but entirely walkable to all that is happening. We definitely will stay here again!

This home has it all. It's spacious, well equipped, and the location is perfect. Only a minute walk to Clark's Market, and a 5 minute walk to town. We will be back
